Industrial ceiling fans rotate at higher speeds than most household ceiling fans. Their blades are also thinner and made of metal rather than wood. Severe injury can result if any part of the body comes in contact with the rotating blades. Regency industrial ceiling fans are not recommended for use in household applications.
